Adobong pusit. Now here's the ingredients below on how to cook this
adobong pusit and prepare with these following:
- Cooking Oil
- Garlic (minced)
- Squids (make sure you washed it before you cook)
- Salt
- Soy Sauce
- Seasoning
- Water
- Onions or Onion Leaves
Start the process on how to cook this YUMMY Adobong Pusit:
- You must heat the cooking oil in the fry pan
- Put the minced garlic
- After 15 to 20 sec put the washed squid (the squid can squeeze water later)
- Add soy sauce and salt (make sure the taste is not very salty, make it a bit of salt first)
- Add the seasoning, onions or onion leaves
- Add a bit of water and mix it
- Maintain the soup is not more so you must have only a bit of soup for the Adobong Pusit
