  • Cooking Oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Squids (make sure you washed it before you cook)
  • Salt
  • Soy Sauce
  • Seasoning
  • Water
  • Onions or Onion Leaves

Start the process on how to cook this YUMMY Adobong Pusit:



  1. You must heat the cooking oil in the fry pan
  2. Put the minced garlic
  3. After 15 to 20 sec put the washed squid (the squid can squeeze water later)
  4. Add soy sauce and salt (make sure the taste is not very salty, make it a bit of salt first)
  5. Add the seasoning, onions or onion leaves
  6. Add a bit of water and mix it
