    These are the strategies on how to sleep soundly at night, we all know that we need them to relax our body and keep our lives healthy. Here's the following steps to make our sleep effective.



  1. Eight hours before bed time, do not drink or take a coffee to fall asleep at the right time. If this is not followed, it will be especially difficult for you to fall asleep at the right time.
  2. Get into the habit of having eight or more hours of sleep so that your body can rest properly (this is usually effective by ages 13 and up).
  3. Make it habit to exercise in the morning and soak up the sun (warm up) so that our body can gradually absorb the sunlight.
  4. Avoid eating full at night and should only be in moderation, as it is difficult for our stomach to digest and can cause stomach pain.
  5. Make it a habit not to drink a lot of water at night so that you don't wake up to urinate and this is part of interrupting your sleep, it is better to urinate before going to bed.
  6. Avoid thinking about serious problems so as not to ruin early sleep.
  7. Sleep in a quiet place, to make it easier to relax.
  8. It also helps to sleep in a cold place especially when it rains.
  9. Comfortable bed with soft pillows and cot.
